What happens to my data if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, your account reverts to the Free tier. You will still be able to view and export your existing projects, but you won't be able to edit them or create new ones until you resubscribe.
How does the custom PDF header work?
As a Pro user, you can upload your company logo and details in your Organization Settings. Every calculation report you generate will automatically be branded with your identity, ready to be sent to your clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payments. We accept iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, and all major credit cards. Invoices are automatically generated and stored in your account.
